| Description | This one-tube multiplex amplicon library preparation kit is developed for targeted NGS–based pathogen detection. By integrating one-step, single-tube library construction with ultra-high–multiplex amplification, the kit enables completion of tNGS library preparation in a single PCR reaction. The kit is compatible with reverse transcription workflows, with a total processing time as short as 3 hours and hands-on time under 1 hour.
