Description This end preparation module is optimized for Illumina library construction and enables efficient end repair and dA-tailing of fragmented DNA. It supports 100 pg–1 μg input DNA and generates products with 5′ phosphorylated ends and 3′ dA overhangs.
Compared with conventional workflows, this module integrates end repair and dA-tailing into a single-step reaction while reducing overall reaction time. This significantly lowers input DNA requirements and shortens hands-on time.
The reagents are provided as premixed solutions, facilitating ease of use and compatibility with automated library preparation platforms. All components undergo rigorous quality control and functional validation to ensure stable and reproducible performance.
