Ribo-clean Globin mRNA Depletion Probe Mega (Prevalent Species)

Cat# DIA-559
Description This product is developed for selective removal of globin mRNA from total RNA extracted from blood samples of prevalent species such as human, rat, mouse, and cynomolgus monkey. It is intended for use in combination with an rRNA depletion workflow.
In addition to depleting major rRNA species (5S, 5.8S, 18S, 28S, 12S, 16S, and 45S rRNA), this probe set removes globin mRNAs including HBA1/2, HBB, HBD, HBE1, HBG1/2, HBBP1, HBQ1, HBM, and HBZ.
The kit supports 0.01–1 μg of total blood RNA and is compatible with both intact and partially degraded samples. The resulting RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. An optimized reaction system ensures efficient depletion and broad species compatibility.
Storage -30 °C to -15 °C
Applications Removal of globin mRNA from total RNA of high-frequency species (human, rat, mouse, Chinese hamster, rhesus macaque, cynomolgus monkey); mRNA and non-coding RNA analysis.
Product Overview Broader species coverage: Compatible with rRNA depletion from human, rat, mouse, Chinese hamster, rhesus macaque, cynomolgus monkey.
Minimal residual rRNA: Residual rRNA content <1%.
Short processing time: Complete workflow can be finished within 1 hour.
