Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Aquatic Animals)

Cat# Kit-034
Description This rRNA depletion kit (aquatic animals) is developed for rRNA removal from total RNA of aquatic animals, including oyster, Pacific white shrimp, rockfish, and sturgeon. It supports 0.01–1 μg of input total RNA.
Following probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, rRNA species (5S, 5.8S, 18S, 28S, 12S, and 16S rRNA) are removed, preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs.
Both intact and partially degraded RNA samples are compatible. The purified RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. Optimized reaction conditions improve depletion performance and species coverage.
Applications rRNA depletion from total RNA of aquatic animals (e.g., shrimp, scallop, large yellow croaker, salamander); mRNA and non-coding RNA analysis.
Product Overview Broader species coverage: Compatible with rRNA depletion from aquatic animals such as shrimp, scallops, yellow croaker, and salamanders.
Minimal residual rRNA: Residual rRNA content <1%.
Short processing time: Complete workflow can be finished within 1 hour.
