| Description | This kit is designed for rRNA removal from fungal total RNA, including molds, yeasts, Candida species, and edible fungi. It is compatible with 0.01–1 μg of input total RNA. Following probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, rRNA species (5S, 5.8S, 18S, 28S, 12S, and 16S rRNA) are removed, while mRNA and other non-coding RNAs are preserved. The kit supports both intact and partially degraded RNA samples, and the purified RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. Optimized reaction conditions ensure efficient depletion and broad fungal compatibility. |
