| Description | This kit is designed for rRNA removal from total RNA of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Through probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, rRNA species (16S and 23S rRNA) are removed, preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs. The kit is compatible with both intact and partially degraded RNA samples, including FFPE-derived RNA. The resulting RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. |
