| Description | This adapter ligation module is optimized for Illumina sequencing library construction. It efficiently ligates adapters with 3′ dT overhangs to DNA fragments carrying 5′ phosphate groups and 3′ dA overhangs. The module features a single-tube workflow. DNA fragments processed by the compatible end preparation module can be directly ligated without additional purification steps, significantly reducing input DNA requirements and overall workflow time.
