| Description |
Designed for Illumina sequencing, this kit includes a DNA damage repair module for FFPE samples. It converts 100 pg–1 μg input DNA into sequencing-ready libraries. The DNA repair module effectively restores FFPE-induced DNA damage, such as cytosine deamination, nicks, gaps, base oxidation, and 3′-end blocking, while maintaining compatibility with standard DNA samples. Optimizations in end-repair, ligation, and amplification modules increase library conversion rates and yield, supporting both PCR and PCR-free library construction, as well as targeted capture workflows. All reagents are thoroughly quality-controlled and functionally validated. |
