| Description | This RNA-seq library preparation kit is optimized for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. It provides two types of second-strand cDNA synthesis buffers for standard or strand-specific transcriptome library construction. Second-strand synthesis, end repair, and dA-tailing are combined into a single reaction without intermediate purification, greatly simplifying the workflow and reducing processing time. The optimized reaction system improves library conversion efficiency and supports lower RNA input while maintaining uniform coverage across varying input levels. Magnetic bead–based size selection enables rapid generation of libraries with defined insert sizes to meet diverse experimental requirements. All enzymes and buffers are subject to strict quality control and functional validation to ensure high reproducibility and stability. |
