| Description | This multiplex amplification reagent is developed based on ultra-high–multiplex PCR technology and is suitable for amplification of genomic DNA, FFPE-derived DNA, cfDNA, and other templates with input amounts ranging from 1 to 100 ng. The optimized formulation integrates enzymes, dNTPs, and reaction buffers required for multiplex amplification, reducing pipetting steps and improving experimental consistency. Compared with previous-generation products, this reagent provides significantly improved amplification uniformity across different panels and delivers robust performance across a wide range of input amounts and customized panel designs. It supports customized panels of up to 7,000 targets and enables rapid, high-quality ultra-multiplex PCR amplification, with products suitable for downstream targeted amplicon library preparation.
