| Description | This kit is designed for rRNA removal from total RNA of common model organisms, including zebrafish, nematodes, fruit flies, and ciliates. It is compatible with 0.01–1 μg of input total RNA. Through probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, rRNA species (including 5S, 5.8S, 18S, 28S, 12S, 16S, and 45S rRNA) are efficiently removed, while mRNA and other non-coding RNAs are retained. The kit supports both intact and partially degraded RNA samples, and the resulting RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. The optimized reaction system improves depletion efficiency and species compatibility. |
