| Description | This rRNA depletion kit (Arthropoda/insects/parasites) is designed for rRNA removal from fungal total RNA, including molds, yeasts, Candida species, and edible fungi. It is compatible with 0.01–1 μg of input total RNA. Following probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, rRNA species (5S, 5.8S, 18S, 28S, 12S, and 16S rRNA) are removed, while mRNA and other non-coding RNAs are preserved. The kit supports both intact and partially degraded RNA samples, and the purified RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. Optimized reaction conditions ensure efficient depletion and broad fungal compatibility. |
