| Description |
This transposase-based RNA library preparation kit is optimized for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. Compared with conventional RNA library preparation methods, it employs a novel transposase-mediated fragmentation of RNA/cDNA hybrids, converting RNA fragmentation, second-strand synthesis, end repair, dA-tailing, and adaptor ligation into a single enzymatic reaction. This approach significantly reduces required input amounts and shortens library preparation time. The kit supports library construction from 5–20 ng of total RNA, and users may choose either rRNA depletion-based or mRNA-enrichment-based workflows depending on experimental needs. |
