| Description | This kit is designed for rRNA removal from total RNA of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It supports 0.01–1 μg of input total RNA. Following probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, bacterial rRNA species (5S, 16S, and 23S rRNA) are removed, while mRNA and other non-coding RNAs are retained. The kit is compatible with both intact and partially degraded RNA samples. The resulting RNA can be used for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. An optimized reaction system enhances depletion efficiency and bacterial species compatibility. |
