| Description | This kit is designed for rRNA removal from plant total RNA, including species such as Arabidopsis, tobacco, wheat, maize, poplar, kiwifruit, ginkgo, and cotton. It supports 0.01–2 μg of input total RNA. Through probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNase I treatment, rRNA species (including 5S, 5.8S, 18S, 25S, 26S, 16S, and 23S rRNA) are efficiently depleted, while mRNA and other non-coding RNAs are retained. Both intact and partially degraded RNA samples are compatible. The resulting RNA is suitable for mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g., lncRNA) analysis. An optimized reaction system improves depletion performance and species coverage. |
