| Description | This product is a next-generation high-fidelity PCR premix designed for amplification of NGS libraries. The underlying polymerase is engineered from a Pfu-based DNA polymerase, offering enhanced sensitivity, high amplification efficiency, and broad template compatibility. Its mismatch rate is approximately 1/52 that of Taq DNA polymerase and about 1/6 that of native Pfu polymerase, ensuring accurate and reliable library amplification. The optimized buffer system enables low-bias, high-yield, and stable amplification across a wide range of input amounts. The mix contains all required PCR components and includes primers compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms. A proprietary stabilizer ensures consistent performance after repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Amplification products are blunt-ended and suitable for blunt-end cloning. |
