| Description |
This DNA library preparation kit is specifically optimized for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It converts 100 pg–1 μg of fragmented double-stranded input DNA into sequencing-ready libraries compatible with Illumina systems. The upgraded version incorporates optimized end-repair, adapter ligation, and library amplification modules, significantly improving library conversion rates for low-quality templates and reducing duplication rates. It is broadly applicable for PCR and PCR-free library construction and is compatible with targeted capture workflows. All reagents are rigorously quality-controlled and functionally validated to ensure stable and reproducible library preparation. |
