| Description |
This DNA library preparation kit is specifically optimized for MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. It integrates DNA fragmentation, end repair, and dA-tailing into a single reaction, eliminating the need for intermediate purification steps. Reaction products can be directly used for adapter ligation, library enrichment, and size selection, enabling efficient conversion of 100 pg–1 μg input DNA into MGI-compatible sequencing libraries. Mechanical DNA shearing is not required, simplifying the workflow and reducing hands-on time. The kit is suitable for PCR-based library construction and supports DNA from diverse sources and a wide range of input amounts. Desired insert sizes can be obtained by adjusting the fragmentation time. All reagents undergo stringent quality control and functional validation to ensure stable and reproducible library preparation. |
