| Description | This RNA-seq library preparation kit is optimized for MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. It includes two types of second-strand cDNA synthesis buffers, supporting both standard and strand-specific transcriptome library construction. Second-strand synthesis, end repair, and dA-tailing are performed in a single step without intermediate purification, simplifying the workflow and reducing library preparation time. The optimized reaction system improves library conversion efficiency, supports low RNA input, and ensures uniform coverage across a wide input range. Magnetic bead–based size selection enables flexible control of library insert size. All enzymes and buffers are rigorously quality-controlled and functionally validated to ensure reproducibility and stability. |
