| Description | This small RNA library preparation kit is optimized for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. The optimized formulation improves kit stability and library yield, particularly at low input levels. It is compatible with 10 ng–1 μg of total RNA from animal or plant samples, as well as ≥1 ng of purified RNA from serum, plasma, or exosomes. Universal adaptors are ligated to the 3′ and 5′ ends of small RNAs, followed by reverse transcription, PCR amplification, and PAGE or magnetic bead purification to generate sequencing-ready libraries. All enzymes and buffers required for library construction are included and undergo strict quality control and functional validation to ensure high reproducibility and stability. |
