| Description |
This multiplex PCR–based RNA library preparation kit is designed for sequencing analysis of viral RNA genomes. It includes a complete reverse transcription module and a multiplex PCR–based library construction module, employing a two-round PCR strategy for targeted genome amplification and enrichment. From viral RNA input to sequencing-ready libraries, the entire workflow can be completed in as little as 5 hours, with hands-on time under 1.5 hours. The kit supports input samples with Ct values ranging from 16 to 38, and the resulting libraries are suitable for sequencing on Illumina high-throughput platforms. Customized panels included with this kit achieve up to 99.7% coverage of viral genomes, enabling effective detection of genomic mutations and deletions. Optimized reagent combinations deliver stable and reliable performance, supporting rapid and high-quality viral RNA library construction. All reagents are subjected to strict quality control and functional validation to ensure excellent stability and reproducibility of library preparation. |
