Case Study 2: Performance Evaluation under Rapid Amplification Protocol

The performance of ENZD-MDLyo01 was evaluated under a rapid amplification protocol and compared with a reference reverse transcriptase (ENZD-RT02) across high-, medium-, and low-template input levels. Data generated from internal validation studies, demonstrating comparable performance between ENZD-MDLyo01 and reference enzyme under rapid amplification conditions.

Case Study 3: Robust Stability Under Multiple Stress Conditions

The stability of ENZD-MDLyo01 was evaluated under multiple stress conditions, including repeated freeze–thaw cycles, long-term refrigerated storage, and elevated temperature exposure. Performance was assessed by comparing Ct values across two reaction systems, using a −20°C stored sample as the reference.
As a glycerol-free, lyophilization-compatible enzyme, ENZD-MDLyo01 exhibits excellent stability and reproducibility, supporting reliable performance during storage, handling, and transportation in diagnostic workflows. Data generated from internal validation studies, demonstrating consistent amplification performance under multiple stress conditions.
