Descriptions Galactose oxidase (FgGalOx-M1) is an engineered copper-containing oxidase that oxidizes primary hydroxyl groups of galactose and galactosides to corresponding aldehydes, exhibits improved stability and activity, and is used for glycoprotein labeling and carbohydrate detection.
