Description The cytoplasmic domain of human KIT was produced as an N-terminal GST fusion protein 76 kDa using a baculovirus expression system. GST-KIT was isolated via glutathione sepharose chromatography.
Applications For use as a positive control in KIT mutation detection assays for GIST and melanoma companion diagnostics.
