Murine RNase inhibitor

Cat# ENZD-RT05
Specification 2000 U; 10000 U; 20000 U
Unit Concentration 40 U/μl
Description Murine RNase inhibitor is a recombinant murine RNase inhibitor expressed and purified in soluble form in E. coli, capable of broadly inhibiting various RNases (RNase A, B, C). Murine RNase inhibitor has been tested by RT-PCR and RT-qPCR and is compatible with various commercial reverse transcriptases and DNA polymerases. Compared to human RNase inhibitors, murine RNase inhibitors do not contain two cysteine residues that are highly sensitive to oxidation, thus exhibiting higher antioxidant activity and being more suitable for experiments sensitive to high DTT (such as qPCR).
Notes RNase inhibitors with higher antioxidant activity.
Features • Enhanced antioxidant capacity prevents the formation of disulfide bonds that human-derived proteins would produce under oxidative conditions.
• High-purity soluble expression of E. coli, free of RNase residue, and compatible with RT-PCR/qPCR systems.
Applications Protecting RNA from degradation during cDNA first-strand synthesis/RT-PCR/qPCR/PCR reactions.
RNA protection in in vitro transcription/translation (e.g., viral in vitro replication systems).
Inhibition of RNase activity during RNA isolation and purification; RNase protection experiment.
Components Murine RNase Inhibitor (40 U/μl)
