| Description | Murine RNase Inhibitor Pro is an upgraded version of Murine RNase Inhibitor. Murine RNase Inhibitor Pro retains the high-temperature tolerance of Murine RNase Inhibitor and improves its protection against RNase A. Compared to human RNase Inhibitor, mouse RNase Inhibitor does not contain the two cysteine residues that are highly sensitive to oxidation found in human proteins, thus exhibiting higher antioxidant activity and making it more suitable for experiments with high DTT sensitivity (such as qPCR). |
