Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG)

Cat# ENZD-P12
Description Uracil-DNA Glycosylase (UDG) is a contamination control enzyme exclusively developed for molecular amplification systems, which specifically cleaves uracil residues incorporated into carryover amplified DNA fragments from previous PCR reactions. It completely eliminates residual amplicon pollution before new amplification cycles start without degrading intact native DNA templates from specimens. Paired with dUTP-containing amplification mixes, it establishes a closed contamination prevention system for high-sensitivity pathogen and genetic detection testing.
Application This product can be applied for elimination of carryover amplicon contamination in nucleic acid amplification reaction systems.
Benefits Achieves efficient and thorough uracil removal for reliable PCR and qPCR detection.
Size 100 μL, 500 μL, 5 mL
