DNA Library Prep Kit, Illumina-Compatible, Version II

Cat# Kit-050
Description This kit is specifically designed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms and enables efficient construction of sequencing-ready DNA libraries. Compared with conventional library preparation methods, it employs a transposase-based fragmentation strategy that integrates DNA fragmentation, end repair, and adapter ligation into a single enzymatic reaction. This approach significantly reduces required input DNA amounts and shortens library preparation time.
The kit is available in formats optimized for 50 ng, 5 ng, and 1 ng input DNA, allowing flexible selection according to experimental requirements. All reagents are subjected to rigorous quality control and functional validation to ensure reliable, stable, and reproducible library construction.
Storage -30 – -15 °C
Applications Transposase-based library preparation; whole-genome sequencing; ATAC-seq; metagenomic sequencing.
Product Overview Fast single-sample library preparation: Less than 90 minutes per sample.
Single-tube enzymatic reaction: Fragmentation and adapter ligation occur simultaneously without mechanical shearing (ultrasound or nebulization).
Optimized library amplification: Dedicated polymerase and buffer system ensure high efficiency and uniformity.
Low input requirement: Supports starting DNA as low as 1 ng.
Flexible kit specifications: Three kit versions based on input DNA amounts.
High multiplexing capability: Provides 96 paired-end index combinations.
