Case Study

Case Study 1: Superior LAMP & RT-LAMP Amplification Performance

The ENZD-RT09 isothermal amplification premix from Creative Enzymes was evaluated across multiple LAMP and RT-LAMP systems under varying template concentrations and compared with a commercial reagent.

ENZD-RT09 demonstrated superior LAMP & RT-LAMP amplification performance, with consistently faster amplification kinetics and reliable detection across different systems, indicating strong efficiency and robustness. Data sourced from internal validation studies evaluating amplification performance across multiple LAMP and RT-LAMP systems.

Case Study 2: High Compatibility with Crude Sample Types

ENZD-RT09 was tested using crude lysates derived from human whole blood, saliva, and buccal swab samples to assess template compatibility.

The premix maintained stable amplification across all sample types and input levels, demonstrating high tolerance to complex biological matrices and consistent performance under varying conditions. Data sourced from internal validation studies assessing compatibility with crude sample inputs across multiple biological sources.

Case Study 3: Stable Performance After Room-Temperature Setup

Reaction systems containing templates were analyzed immediately after preparation or after incubation at room temperature for 3 hours.

No significant differences in positive amplification were observed after room-temperature incubation, and NTC controls showed lower background compared to the commercial reagent, confirming stable performance and strong specificity. Data sourced from internal validation studies evaluating amplification stability and background control after room-temperature incubation.
