| Description | This product is a new generation of high-fidelity DNA polymerase based on Pfu DNA Polymerase. Compared with Pfu DNA Polymerase, its performance is significantly improved, enabling rapid and accurate PCR reactions even with complex templates. Its fidelity is significantly enhanced, and it solves many problems associated with conventional high-fidelity enzymes, such as their inability to polymerize using dUTP as a raw material, their inability to use amplification primers containing dUTP, and their inability to use DNA containing dUTP as a template. This product is equipped with an optimized enzyme buffer and added PCR enhancement components, giving it extremely high amplification efficiency and broad template adaptability, making it suitable for amplifying complex templates. Its amplification products have blunt ends. |
