Human DDR2 Protein (BTN-Tag), Recombinant

Cat# TRA-185
Specification 10μg(min)
Description The cytoplasmic domain of human DDR2 was generated as an N-terminal DYKDDDDK-tagged, biotinylated protein 53 kDa using a baculovirus expression system. Following purification with DYKDDDDK tag antibody agarose and activation with ATP, the activated protein was isolated via gel filtration.
Applications For use as a reference standard in DDR2 detection assays for tumor invasion and metastasis research.
