The cytoplasmic domain of human FGFR1 was expressed as an N-terminal DYKDDDDK-tagged, biotinylated protein 52 kDa in a baculovirus expression system. Following purification with DYKDDDDK tag antibody agarose and activation with ATP, the activated protein was isolated by gel filtration.
Applications
For use as a positive control in FGFR1 fusion and mutation detection assays for cancer diagnosis.
