TRA-398 |
| Specification |
10μg(min) |
| Description |
The cytoplasmic domain of human TIE2 was generated as an N-terminal DYKDDDDK-tagged, biotinylated protein 44 kDa in a baculovirus expression system. Following purification with DYKDDDDK tag antibody agarose and activation with ATP, the activated protein was isolated by gel filtration. |
| Applications |
For use as a positive control in TIE2 detection assays for vascular stability research. |
