| Description | The LytoReady™ U+ One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit is a glycerol-free, lyophilized reagent for detecting RNA templates, optimized for use with appropriate lyophilization protocols. Development of lyophilized reagents typically presents challenges in stability, lyophilization yield, and long-term storage. This kit overcomes these issues through optimized functional proteins, excipient selection, and lyophilization processes. By using highly stable enzymes and protectants, the kit achieves storage stability comparable to glycerol-containing reagents. Furthermore, optimized excipients and processes improve lyophilization yield and enable room-temperature storage for over a year. The kit retains the advantages of conventional reagents, including excellent multiplex amplification, specificity, and sensitivity. Its integrated dUTP/UDG system prevents contamination, ensuring accurate qPCR results. |
