ENZD-MDLyo05 from Creative Enzymes was evaluated in a lyophilized multiplex respiratory detection system. After freeze-drying, the reagents were vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil packaging and stored under accelerated and long-term conditions.
Performance was assessed after storage at 50°C for 60 days and 25°C for up to one year, using liquid-form reagents as the reference. Results showed no significant difference in amplification performance between lyophilized and liquid formulations under all tested conditions. Data generated from internal validation studies, confirming consistent amplification performance after long-term storage under elevated and ambient temperatures.
The amplification performance of ENZD-MDLyo05 was evaluated across different reaction systems and compared with glycerol-free one-step reagents from other commercial suppliers under identical primer–probe conditions.
Results showed that ENZD-MDLyo05 consistently achieved lower CT values, indicating higher amplification sensitivity across all tested systems. In addition, the enzyme demonstrated high specificity with stable signal output, supporting accurate and reliable detection.
These results highlight the strong multiplex amplification performance of ENZD-MDLyo05, making it well-suited for multi-target detection workflows requiring both high sensitivity and high specificity. Data generated from internal validation studies, demonstrating enhanced amplification sensitivity and consistent performance across multiple reaction systems.
