Native Peptide -N-Glycosidase F (PNGaseF) from Microorganism

Cat# BDE-039
Description PNGase F is an amidase that efficiently removes nearly all N-linked glycans from glycoproteins, including high-mannose, hybrid, and complex types. It cleaves the glycosidic bond between the innermost N-acetylglucosamine and asparagine.
Applications Used for deglycosylation in antibody and glycoprotein drug analysis, widely applied in quality control and structural characterization.
