Native Peptide -N-Glycosidase F (PNGaseF) from Microorganism
Cat#
BDE-039
Description
PNGase F is an amidase that efficiently removes nearly all N-linked glycans from glycoproteins, including high-mannose, hybrid, and complex types. It cleaves the glycosidic bond between the innermost N-acetylglucosamine and asparagine.
Applications
Used for deglycosylation in antibody and glycoprotein drug analysis, widely applied in quality control and structural characterization.

Unit Definition
One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to remove more than 95% of the carbohydrates from 10 μg of denatured RNase B in a 10 μL reaction system over a 1-hour reaction at 37 °C under specified assay conditions.
