Recombinant Human CMPK1 (His-Tag)

Cat# TRA-054
Specification 10μg,50μg,200μg,1mg
Description Recombinant human CMPK1 (His-tag) is expressed in E. coli and comprises full-length human CMPK1 (residues 2–196) with an N-terminal His-tag. CMPK1, also known as uridine monophosphate kinase, preferentially uses UMP and CMP as phosphate donors and exhibits broad-spectrum nucleoside diphosphate kinase activity, playing a pivotal role in nucleotide metabolism.
Applications Study of nucleotide metabolism, enzymatic activity and cellular processes that rely on nucleotide biosynthesis.
Synonyms Recombinant Human CMPK1 (His-Tag); Recombinant Human UMP-CMP Kinase
