| Description | This kit is specifically optimized for single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) library preparation on Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. Based on an efficient single-strand ligation strategy, it enables conversion of ssDNA into sequencing-ready libraries. The kit is also compatible with double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) libraries, as well as mixed ssDNA/dsDNA inputs. It supports DNA fragments as short as 40 bp and accommodates input amounts ranging from 10 pg to 250 ng. The kit is particularly suitable for severely damaged, denatured, or degraded DNA samples, making it an ideal solution for challenging or precious samples. The optimized workflow allows library construction to be completed within 2 hours, with less than 30 minutes of hands-on time. It is compatible with automated library preparation systems and downstream target enrichment workflows. All reagents undergo stringent quality control and functional validation to ensure stable and reproducible library preparation. |
