Cat# NATE-1721
Abbr TGase, Recombinant (Guinea pig)
Species Guinea pig liver
Source E.coli
Description Catalyzes acyl transfer reactions from glutamine residues in proteins or peptides to primary amines, e. g. the formation of ε-(γ-glutamyl) lysine bonds between proteins by transferring the acyl group of a peptide-bound glutamine residue to the primary amino group of a peptide-bound lysine residue.
Form Lyophilized from 50mM NaH2PO4, pH 8.0, containing 150mM sodium chloride. Sample contains maltodextrin.
Enzyme Commission Number EC 2.3.2.13
