Uracil-containing DNA templates at concentrations of 0 ng, 0.004 ng, 0.04 ng, 0.4 ng, and 4 ng were introduced into qPCR reaction systems based on ENZD-QM09 and ENZD-QM10 to evaluate contamination removal efficiency.
Across increasing template inputs, ENZD-QM10 demonstrated effective suppression of carryover nucleic acid signals, with CT values remaining stable and no observable interference from contaminating templates. This indicates a highly reliable U+ contamination control mechanism capable of maintaining assay accuracy under varying contamination loads.
In addition, the formulation exhibited excellent storage stability, ensuring consistent performance of the anti-contamination system during routine experimental handling. Data sourced from internal validation studies evaluating uracil-containing template removal efficiency in qPCR systems.
