| Description | This product is optimized for transcriptome library preparation on Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. Under elevated temperature conditions, RNA is randomly fragmented into short fragments via Mg2+-mediated hydrolysis and is intended for use in combination with compatible RNA library preparation kits. It is suitable for workflows in which RNA has already been fragmented by alternative methods and only random priming is required for subsequent library construction. In addition, RNA concentration can be measured prior to fragmentation, increasing flexibility and process control compared with conventional fragmentation buffers and helping to ensure reliable library quality. |
