| Description | This engineered large fragment of Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA polymerase retains 5′→3′ polymerase activity and strong strand displacement but lacks 5′→3′ exonuclease activity. Suitable for isothermal amplification methods such as LAMP, HDA, and RCA. Combined with next-generation hot-start technology, polymerase activity is inhibited below 50 °C and rapidly activated above 50 °C. Provides faster amplification, higher specificity, salt tolerance, and thermal stability. Supports room-temperature reaction setup. Glycerol-free, suitable for lyophilized product development, with no excipients included. |
