| Description | Full-length human NEK2 was generated as an N-terminally His-tagged protein 55 kDa using a baculovirus expression system. His-tagged NEK2 was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The purified protein was then digested with recombinant His-TEV protease, and the tag-free NEK2 approx. 52 kDa was collected in the flow-through fraction from a subsequent Ni-NTA chromatography step. |
