Description The cytoplasmic domain of human RET was produced as an N-terminal DYKDDDDK-tagged, biotinylated protein 56 kDa using a baculovirus expression system. After purification with DYKDDDDK tag antibody agarose and activation with ATP, the activated protein was isolated by gel filtration.
Applications For use as a positive control in RET mutation detection assays for medullary thyroid carcinoma diagnosis.
