| Description |
This product contains 1 μm paramagnetic beads conjugated with oligo(dT). Magnetic separation enables efficient isolation of intact mRNA from small-volume samples, eliminating the need for mRNA precipitation steps. The entire workflow can be completed within 1 hour. It is suitable for the isolation of poly(A)+ RNA from 0.01–12.5 μg of high-quality total RNA (RIN ≥ 7). Incomplete or degraded total RNA may result in partial loss of poly(A)+ RNA information. The purified mRNA is compatible with a wide range of downstream molecular biology applications. |
