Native Cystathionine Beta-lyase (CBL) from Microorganism

Cat# BDE-006
Description Cystathionine β-lyase (CBL) catalyzes the β-cleavage of cystathionine, yielding homocysteine, pyruvate, and NH₃. Together, CBS and CBL are used in enzymatic cycling assays for homocysteine detection.
Applications Used in conjunction with CBS for the tandem enzymatic assay of homocysteine.
