Proteinase K (PRK) from Tritirachium album

Cat# DIA-421
Source Recombinant Tritirachium album
Description Proteinase K is a highly stable serine protease with broad substrate specificity. It efficiently degrades native proteins even in the presence of detergents, making it ideal for nucleic acid purification. Belonging to the subtilisin family, it cleaves peptide bonds next to aliphatic or aromatic amino acids. Its robustness and wide activity range make it a standard tool in molecular biology.
