Description Recombinant SpCas9 D10A Nickase cloned from Streptococcus pyogenes, is a Cas9 mutant. With one domain mutated, it retains function of the other domain, specifically nicks the target single strand. Usually used for double nicking on different strands to form double nicking, reducing off-target effects.
