Description Alkaline phosphatases are non-specific hydrolases that catalyze the hydrolysis of monophosphate esters under alkaline conditions. Alkaline phosphatase derived from bovine small intestine is a homodimer known for high activity and excellent thermal stability.
Applications Used for signal labeling and dephosphorylation in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemiluminescence detection systems.
